1. The contracting entity

AIScoring is operated by AIScoring LLC ("AIScoring", "we", "us"), a limited liability company. Notices to us should go to hello@aiscoring.io. Your agreement is with that entity and no other.

2. What the service does

The service performs three kinds of work on your instruction:

Fetching public pages of your site — homepage, /robots.txt, /llms.txt, /sitemap.xml, /pricing, /docs, /.well-known/ endpoints and a small set of legal and contact paths — to compute an Agentic Score from 0 to 100 against the public methodology at /methodology.
Fetching public pages of third parties — the competitors, rivals and category brands you name, or that the AI models name in response to category queries — in order to verify that those brands are real entities and to compare them with you. We fetch only what is publicly reachable over HTTPS, at a polite rate, and we log every fetch in your Evidence Log.
Sampling third-party AI models — currently OpenAI (ChatGPT), Anthropic (Claude), Google (Gemini) and Perplexity — with buying-intent queries about your category, and storing the answers, mentions, positions and cited sources.

Results, evidence and generated deliverables are stored on your account so they are re-openable, comparable over time and downloadable.

3. Who can use it

You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction. If you use AIScoring on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these terms.

4. Accounts

You may sign in with Google, with an email and password, or with a login link. Signup requires confirming your email address before paid actions are available. You are responsible for the security of your credentials and of the inbox tied to your account. Phone numbers, when provided, are used for account and billing contact — see the Privacy Policy.

5. Subscriptions, billing and auto-renewal

Plans. Monitor is US$29 per month. Audit+ is US$79 per month and includes Monitor, Deep Audit deliverables and the Daily Engine. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes that may apply to you.
Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each monthly term, and your payment method is charged on the renewal date, until you cancel. By subscribing you authorize these recurring charges.
Price changes. We may change prices or plan contents. Subscribers get at least 30 days' notice by email before a change affects their renewal, and may cancel before it takes effect.
Failed payments. If a charge fails we may retry it and may suspend paid features until it succeeds.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your dashboard or by emailing hello@aiscoring.io. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep full access until then, and you are not charged again. Files and deliverables we generated for you (llms.txt, agents.json, JSON-LD blocks, fix kits, executive reports) are yours to keep and use after cancellation, with no ongoing licence fee. Historical scan data remains on your account unless you ask us to delete it.

7. Refunds

We offer a 7-day refund window on the first charge for a given site: if you email us within 7 days of that first charge, we refund it in full. After that window, and for all subsequent renewals, charges are non-refundable and we do not pro-rate partial months — cancelling stops the next renewal. Nothing here limits any statutory refund or withdrawal right you may have under mandatory local consumer law.

8. Comp codes and partner codes

We sometimes grant access through comp or partner codes. Such access is a revocable licence, granted at our discretion, for the period we state or until we revoke it. Codes have no cash value, are not transferable or resellable, cannot be exchanged for a refund or credit, and do not create a paid subscription unless you separately subscribe. We may revoke a code for abuse, resale, or misrepresentation. Redeeming a code is an acceptance of these terms in the same way a purchase is.

9. Multiple sites

Plans are per site. Each site you add to a workspace carries its own plan, its own entitlements and its own bill; upgrading one site does not upgrade the others, and cancelling one does not cancel the others. Usage limits (tracked queries, competitor slots, sampling depth) apply per site according to that site's plan.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use AIScoring to attack, overload, probe for vulnerabilities in, or gain unauthorized access to any system.
Point the scanner at third-party sites in a way, or at a volume, designed to burden them.
Re-sell, white-label, or systematically scrape our results without written permission.
Submit unlawful content, or use AIScoring in violation of applicable law or of a third party's rights.

We may rate-limit, throttle, suspend or ban abusive traffic without notice.

11. Public scores and corrections

Agentic Scores are computed from publicly available data and may be displayed publicly — on comparison pages, in shared result URLs, or in aggregate views. If you believe a score is wrong or stale, email hello@aiscoring.io with the domain, the check ID and your evidence. We typically process corrections within 48 hours.

12. No guarantees — what a score is and isn't

An Agentic Score is an opinion: a deterministic reading of public data, combined with a sample of what AI models answered at a moment in time. Model outputs are probabilistic, change without notice, vary by user, region and session, and are controlled by third parties. Accordingly:

We do not guarantee that you will be mentioned, recommended, or ranked by any AI assistant.
We do not guarantee traffic, leads, revenue, or any other business outcome.
We do not guarantee that a sample is reproducible, nor that a competitor list is exhaustive.
Brand and rival classification is automated and may be wrong; that's why we show evidence and let you confirm or reject each name.

Anyone who promises you a guaranteed ranking inside an AI assistant is selling something we won't sell.

13. Third-party AI providers

Queries we send to OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and Perplexity are subject to those providers' terms and privacy policies. We do not send your account email, phone number or other personal identifiers as part of visibility measurement. Provider outages, rate limits or policy changes may degrade or interrupt sampling features; we retry transient failures and report which models answered.

14. Intellectual property

AIScoring, the Agentic Score name and methodology, the Lola mark and the site copy are ours. You keep everything you own — your domain, your content, your data. You grant us a limited licence to fetch your public pages, process your inputs and display and share the resulting scores as described above. Deliverables we generate specifically for your site (llms.txt, agents.json, schema blocks, fix kits, reports) are licensed to you perpetually and irrevocably for your own commercial use.

15. Data handling

What we collect, why, how long we keep it, which sub-processors we use, and how to export or delete your data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. That policy also covers the acceptance record described in § 19, first-party analytics and attribution, the Evidence Log, product emails and alerts, and phone number storage.

16. Warranties and liability

AIScoring is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill; and our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is capped at the greater of US$100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

17. Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold us harmless from third-party claims arising out of your use of the service in breach of these terms, including claims relating to domains or content you instructed us to scan without authority to do so.

18. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, or whose use threatens the service or third parties. If we terminate without cause, we refund the unused portion of the current period.

19. Changes and acceptance record

We may update these terms. When we do, we bump the version number and effective date at the top of this page. Material changes are announced to signed-in users by email. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance; in addition, the current version is re-accepted at your next checkout or code redemption.

We keep an acceptance record for each user: the terms version, the moment of acceptance, the context (account creation, checkout, or code redemption) and the originating IP address. You can request a copy of your own record at any time.

20. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING LAW — jurisdiction to be confirmed by counsel], without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of [VENUE — to be confirmed by counsel] have exclusive jurisdiction, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any competent court. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live. Before filing anything, email us — we have never lost a fight we settled over email in a week.
