1. What AIScoring does

AIScoring fetches publicly available parts of a website (its homepage, /robots.txt, /llms.txt, /pricing, /docs, /sitemap.xml, /.well-known/ endpoints, and a small set of legal paths) and computes an Agentic Score from 0 to 100 across 12 deterministic checks. The methodology is public and versioned at /methodology.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction. If you use AIScoring on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these terms.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Scan sites you do not own or have permission to scan at a rate that would burden them.
Use AIScoring to attack, probe for vulnerabilities in, or gain unauthorized access to any system.
Re-sell, white-label, or systematically scrape scan results without written permission.
Submit unlawful content, or use AIScoring in violation of any applicable law.

We may rate-limit, throttle, or ban abusive traffic without notice.

4. Public scores

Agentic Scores are computed from publicly available data. Scores for a given domain may be displayed publicly — for example on comparison pages, in shared result URLs, or in aggregate rankings. If you believe a score is incorrect or out of date, email hello@aiscoring.io with the domain, the check ID, and your evidence. Corrections are typically processed within 48 hours.

5. Accounts

Accounts use passwordless email sign-in. You are responsible for the security of the inbox associated with your account. You may delete your account at any time by emailing hello@aiscoring.io — see the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.

6. Paid products

Monitor ($29 / month) and Deep Audit ($79 one-time) are billed in US dollars. Prices, features, and availability may change; we will notify subscribers in advance of any material change that affects them. Refund requests are handled case-by-case — email us within 14 days of a charge.

7. Third-party AI providers

Monitor and Deep Audit measure your visibility across third-party LLM APIs — currently OpenAI (ChatGPT), Anthropic (Claude), Perplexity, and Google (Gemini). Queries sent to these providers are subject to their terms and privacy policies. We do not send personally identifying data to these providers as part of visibility measurement.

8. Intellectual property

AIScoring, the Agentic Score name, the scanner methodology, and the site copy are ours. You keep everything you own — your domain, your content, your data. You grant us a limited license to fetch your public pages and to display and share the resulting scores as described above.

9. Warranties and liability

AIScoring is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to make the scanner accurate, but we do not guarantee that scores are error-free, complete, or that acting on them will produce any specific business outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of your use of AIScoring is capped at the greater of USD $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we bump the version number and effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be announced to signed-in users by email.
